Project Overview
This 8-week group Art Therapy programme is specifically designed to support young women aged 16-25 who are seeking to improve their mental health and emotional well-being. Art therapy is a holistic, creative therapeutic approach that allows individuals to explore emotions, reduce anxiety, process trauma, and express themselves in a non-verbal, supportive environment. This group combines the healing power of artistic expression with professional therapeutic guidance, creating a safe and nurturing space for participants to explore their inner world, foster personal growth, and develop healthy coping strategies.
